Barwell Precision Preformers in their various forms are used worldwide in the polymer processing industry for the simultaneous extruding and cutting of accurate blanks.

Blanks of virtually any shape, with any given weight and diameter can be produced with a guaranteed volumetric accuracy. To produce such a large range of blank shapes we use two different head types, the first being the General Purpose (GP) head, which is used for most general preforms. The second is the Shoe Sole head which has been specially designed to produce shoe soles and heals for the shoe industry.
