Rebuilds

Grade A Rebuilds 2500 psi

(3000psi option available at extra cost)

The following is the agenda for a Grade A rebuild:

  1. Strip to Bare Shell.
  2. Prepare to Shot Blast.
  3. Shot Blast (Appropriate Parts).
  4. Inspect:
    • a) Foundation Plate Latch Plate.
    • b) Head.
    • c) 9" Ram.
  5. Replace or Rectify if Necessary.
  6. Fit New Front Barrel.
  7. Assemble Parts Together for First Spray.
  8. First Spray Where Required.
  9. Recondition 15 Hp Motor (Rewind if Necessary).
  10. Recondition Cutter Motor when Required (Rewind if Necessary).
  11. Re-assemble (Mechanical).
  12. Re-assemble (Electrical). Update to Latest Specifications in Design and Safety.
    Use Old Products if Applicable.
  13. Test and Calibrate.
  14. Mask and Prepare for Final Spray.
  15. Final Spray.
  16. De-mask and Fit Labels etc.
  17. Machine to be Guaranteed for 12 Months.
