C3/K80

The C3 is our standard size machine, it can produce blanks of any shape (up to 190mm in diameter) and of any weight up to 2700 grams.
The C3 has a 60 litre barrel capacity and the K80 a capacity of 80 litre.
Both machines have an eight speed rotational cutter mounted at the die face that is capable of producing up to 166 cuts per minute. Both machines are front loaded and are available with either the GP (General Purpose), for technical parts, or the SH (Straight Head), for unit soles and heels. Dies and mandrels are compatible for both the C3 and K80.

MR600

The MR600 has a 36Kg batch capacity and was developed to reduce downtime by allowing material to be loaded at the rear of the machine whilst leaving the head closed and dies in place. Many customers using only a small range of materials are able to maintain production without the need to open the head for each reload of material. Downtime can be further reduced by using Front Die Change accessories, again removing the need to open the head. The MR600 uses the same dies and mandrels as the C3/K80 so it can produce blanks of any shape (up to 190mm in diameter) and of any weight up to 2700 grams.


	MIDI Ideally suited for the production of small precision technical parts the Midi Preformers are simple to use and economical to operate. Precise flow control allows accuracies of better that +/- 1.5% by volume to be achieved. Both machines are available in either 240 or 350 bar extrusion pressure versions.

SP100 & SP5000 Ideally suited for the production of small precision technical parts the SP100 & SP5000 Preformers are simple to use and economical to operate. Precise flow control allows accuracies of better that +/- 1.5% by volume to be achieved. Both machines are available in either 240 or 350 bar extrusion pressure versions.
