The essence of the PB60 and PB90 PressurBuilder system is that the buffed casing is brought right into the head of the machine and warm tread compound is extruded in one accurate profile direct onto the casing, under pressure, as the casing revolves through one complete revolution.

PB60 Standard Tyre Range 135 x 12 to 1200 X 24

The PB60 incorporates a 60mm Screw Extruder feeding compound direct to the head, the microprocessor control of the complete tyre building operation, including the splice. The whole system is easily operated by one person. The PB60 offers production output up to 160kg (325lb) per hour.

PB90 Standard Tyre Range plus Wide Head option up to 1600R 22.5 Section (Super Singles)

The PB90 incorporates a 90mm Screw Extruder, offering a substantial production capability with screw output up to 430kg (950lb) per hour.
