The vibracool is a machine that assists in the cooling, separation and drying of hot rubber blanks produced by a performer. This unique design allows for the hot blanks to be transported a distance of between 30 and 40 metres while only having a footprint size of around 1 metre in diameter. By allowing the rubber blanks to travel this large distance it prevents them from becoming stuck together and by using the machine's air cooler and fluid cooler it also reduces the blanks’ surface temperature.
There are three Vibracools in this range :
Curved Flight Vibracool
The curved flight machine is suited to a number of different size blanks and uses. However, for small pellets a corrugated flight Vibracool would perform better, and for large blanks or extruded strips the bowl Vibracool would be best suited.
Corrugated Flight Vibracool
The Corrugated Flight Vibracool has a specially designed flight that reduces the amount of fusion between the small pellets or blanks. This Vibracool has the option of becoming a powder Vibracool which not only separates the blanks but can also cover them with a layer of powder.
The Bowl Vibracool
The Bowl Vibracool has an initial fluid reservoir that helps in the cooling and separation of larger blanks, such as unit shoe soles. It also has an adjustable chute which allows the recycling of blanks which require additional cooling.
